The inflatable is made from two 18oz PVC sheets. Each is 130in ( 10.8ft) X 44.5in ( 3.8ft). When the 36in sponson section is folded and glued the sponsons will be 11in diameter and the floor will be 16in. wide. Overall width will be 30in. when inflated. I don't have a table large enough in my workshop for this project, so I worked on the floor in the basement workout room. I placed 12in wide PVC sections under the edges of the inflatable to protect the floor while gluing.
